• Campaign details such as city, preferred format, fleet size and duration
• Any message or artwork you send us as part of an enquiry

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan and run your campaign, and share campaign reports. We may contact you about your active or past campaigns.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties.

Sharing with others

We share only what is necessary with the partners who help deliver your campaign — for example our printing studio for approved artwork. These partners are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Retention

Enquiry and campaign records are kept for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and afterwards only where required for accounting and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@chaltaphirtaad.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

We take reasonable care to protect the information you share with us and limit access to team members who need it to do their work.
